Cette association, fondée en 1992, poursuit depuis plus de trois décennies son engagement dans le secteur médico-social et éducatif, en veillant à la reconnaissance des spécificités des LVA, en défendant leur autonomie et leur diversité, et en travaillant à l’adaptation des dispositifs aux réalités du terrain.
